Eric & Colette Singleton
Colette and Eric Singleton are experienced mortgage brokers and real estate professionals. They came to the real estate business through diverse backgrounds. Eric is an attorney and economist. He practiced law in both Utah and California. He is an experienced litigator and a published real estate expert. Colette was a research assistant at a major investment bank in San Francisco and then the owner of a successful catering business.
Eric and Colette met in high school (Alta High) and both graduated from the University of Utah. They are raising their two daughters and three dogs in the Avenues area of Salt Lake City. At least once a year they run a marathon together (usually St. George) and enjoy Salt Lake City for its real estate opportunities and unparalled access to skiing, Mt. Biking, and trail running.
Drake Bloebaum
A Salt Lake City Native and University of Utah Graduate, Drake Bloebaum has been with the Singleton Group since 2005. Before entering the Real Estate and Finance industry, Drake worked for 8 years as a full service wilderness guide on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho. His experiences in leading clients safely through the wilderness allowed Drake to cultivate the highest level of customer service. Drake prides himself on his accessibility, work ethic, and dedication to finding the best financing available for his clients. In addition to his work in finance, Drake owns and operates his own property management company and is also an active real estate investor.
When he's not closing deals, Drake enjoys exploring the West on his bikes, rafts, and skis. He feels privileged to live in Utah and partake of the natural opportunities the state offers. Drake also enjoys practicing and playing with his band, Lake Effect.
Jodie Purden
Jodie Purden is our full time state-certified processor. She has been in the real estate finance and investment business for seven years. She started her career with National Apartment Finance originating and processing commercial loans. In addition to her work as a processor, Jodie is an experienced loan officer and real estate investor. Jodie is dedicated to making your transaction flow smoothly.
Christian Fritze
Christian comes to real estate and the Singleton Group with a diverse background. After graduating from the University of Utah, she spent several years in the field of corporate health promoting healthy lifestyles for major corporations throughout the United States. A deep interest in marine mammals took her to Hawaii to work with Dolphins and the endangered Hawaiian Monk seal.
After returning to Utah five years ago, Christian began investing in real estate. She currently owns a real estate holding company with her husband and has been a licensed loan broker since 2002. She enjoys helping clients find the perfect loan program whether they are a first time homebuyer or an experienced real estate investor.
Christian, her husband David and their two daughters live in the Avenues. They love to spend their time hiking, mountain biking, skiing and enjoying all that Utah has to offer.
Alicia Elston
Alicia started in the mortgage industry in 1998 originating and processing conforming and conventional loans. This experience has helped her develop an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of real estate transactions from financing, to buying and selling homes, (Alicia is also a licensed Realtor) to property management. Alicia is an experienced and active real estate investor. She holds several properties including single family, resort, and multifamily units.
When Alicia is not buying, selling, or financing real estate, she spends time with her dogs Kinks and Stella. She is an avid runner and cyclist and loves gardening and home improvement projects.
